Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does a birthday party last?
A: Parties are scheduled to last for one and a half hours.  This consists of one hour of bowling and a half our party either behind the lanes or in Primo Pizza's restaurant.

Q: How early before the party should we arrive?
A:  We recommend that you encourage your guests to arrive 15 minutes early.  We recommend that the parents of the birthday child do the same.  Remember, we provide all the necessities except cake or ice cream.

Q: Can I bring and ice cream cake.
A:  Absolutely.  We have a commercial sized freezer so your cake melting is not an issue.

Q: Do you provide invitations?
A: Yes.  Just ask a Strike Zone Lanes staff member.

Q: I know that tableware is provided, but can I bring my own theme?
A: Yes.  Just let us know that you are planning to do so.  If you do, we suggest coming 20 minutes early so your party person can set everything up in time for you guests to arrive.

Q: Can I order extra food for adults?
A :  Yes.  Primo Pizza is a fully operational pizzeria with an extensive menu.  Your party person will ask you shortly after you begin bowling if you would like to do so.

Q: If I change my mind and want to upgrade to the Primo Package, can I do so on the day of the party?
A:  You may.  Just let your party person know and they will take care of everything right away.

Q: Do I have to put down a deposit?

A:  A deposit of at least $25.00 is preferred to hold your requested party time.

Q: What if I reserve a party for 20 children, and only 15 arrive?
A:  At a Strike Zone Party, you only pay for the children who show up.  The only exception is if less than eight children attend.
